Who we are

Wokko is operated by Funkaar LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the Wokko app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What Wokko does

Wokko is an alarm app that requires you to walk a set number of steps before your alarm dismisses. That's the product. The mechanic is intentional — there is no snooze button and no shortcut.

Your account and device

Wokko does not require an account to use. Your alarm data, streaks, and settings are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device working and your Wokko settings configured correctly.

• Keep your device charged and notifications enabled for alarms to fire
• We are not responsible for missed alarms due to device settings or silent mode
• Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all your local data

Subscriptions and payments

Wokko requires an active Wokko Pro subscription to use, after a free trial period. All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) under their respective terms.

• New users get a free trial; if you don't cancel before it ends, your subscription begins automatically and payment is charged
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage or cancel your subscription, or your free trial, in your App Store or Google Play account settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by us directly
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Wokko
• Use Wokko for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent the walk-to-dismiss mechanic through software manipulation
• Resell or redistribute the app or any part of it

Intellectual property

Wokko, its logo, mascots, design, and all content within the app are owned by Funkaar LLC. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on your device. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Disclaimer of warranties

Wokko is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that alarms will fire under all device conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funkaar LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Wokko, including but not limited to missed appointments or events.

Termination

You can stop using Wokko at any time by deleting the app. We reserve the right to suspend access to Wokko features if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Wokko after updates constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction where Funkaar LLC is registered.
